SyCipLaw Shortlisted For Two Firm Categories And Four Individual Awards At asialaw Awards 2026.
SyCipLaw has been shortlisted for Philippine Firm of the Year at the upcoming asialaw Awards 2026. The Firm previously won the same award in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2025. SyCipLaw is also shortlisted for the regional Dispute Resolution Firm of the Year category.
In addition, four partners were shortlisted for individual awards:
- Carlos Roberto Z. Lopez – Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year
- John Christian Joy A. Regalado – Dispute Resolution Rising Star of the Year
- Ma. Patricia B. Paz-Jacoba – Philippine Female Lawyer of the Year
- Maria Viola B. Vista – Tax Rising Star of the Year
The asialaw Awards aim to recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements among law firms and practitioners across 20 jurisdictions in Asia Pacific. The awards consider factors such as innovation, the complexity of matters, and the impact of work undertaken by firms and practitioners.
The awards ceremony will be held alongside the Managing IP Asia Pacific Awards 2026 on November 5, 2026, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
