He will represent the academe sector in the council. Currently, he is a lecturer at the UST Faculty of Civil Law, UP National College of Public Administration and Governance, Bulacan State University College of Law, and UP Bar Review Institute.
Atty. Dela Cruz, Jr. specializes in legal education, legislative advocacy and policy reform, litigation, corporate and special projects, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, intellectual property, and e-commerce and technology. He also heads the Firm’s Arbitration, Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Fintech practice groups.
