Vasudha Goenka has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Dispute Resolution Practice with a focus on contentious securities market practice. She will be based in Mumbai.
Before joining the Firm, Vasudha was a Deputy General Manager at SEBI. She has over 16 years of experience in handling quasi-judicial proceedings in SEBI, including enquiry, adjudication and Section 11B matters. She has also handled matters pertaining to SAT, settlement and recovery proceedings during her tenure in SEBI.
Welcoming her on board, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, said that “I am delighted to welcome Vasudha to the Firm. She has extensive experience which undoubtedly strengthen our offerings to our clients in contentious securities market space.”
Vasudha is a 2007 graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.
