DivinaLaw Associate Atty. Maria Carissa C. Guinto recently had the honor of introducing Supreme Court (SC) Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo during an awarding ceremony in Makati City organized by the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity (FLP).
Among the event’s distinguished guests were retired Chief Justice Artemio Panganiban, SC Associate Justice Amy C. Lazaro-Javier, chairperson of Dissertation Writing Contest; Judicial Integrity Board Vice Chairperson Justice Angelina Sandoval-Gutierrez, FLP Governance Committee chairperson; retired Senior Associate Justice Estela M. Perlas-Bernabe, FLP Board of Trustees member; retired Sandiganbayan Justice Alex Quiroz; and Mr. Armando Tetangco, Jr., former governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
FLP was established by Chief Justice Panganiban with the main agenda of creating programs that will support the country’s government and business sectors in ensuring inclusive economic growth and expansion. DivinaLaw Managing Partner Atty. Nilo T. Divina is one of FLP’s professorial chairs.
Atty. Guinto is the chairperson of the FLP Scholars Society’s events and programs committee. She is a member of DivinaLaw’s Litigation and Labor practice groups.
