Swati Sharma has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner and Head of its Intellectual Property Practice along with a team of highly experienced and qualified IP attorneys and engineers under her. She will be based in its Delhi-NCR office.
Swati comes with an almost two decades of experience in Intellectual Property (IP). Swati and her teams’ experience ranges from IP transactional & commercial, strategy, disputes to prosecution. With her joining the firm is now well-equipped to provide a complete IP experience in Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights, Designs, Trade secrets and emerging technology in transactional, disputes and prosecution domain.
Over the years, Swati has been involved in prestigious IP re-branding, brand adoption, IP strategy, tie-ups, IP mergers and acquisitions, IP disputes, business set up and commercial transactions involving IP for Fortune 100 clients and has most recently been associated with the Air India re-branding project. She also has the credit of getting well-known declarations before the Trademarks Office in India for marks such as TCS, The Tata T Logo and Flipkart.
