Claudia Parzani, Partner at Linklaters and Chair of Borsa Italiana (part of Euronext Group), has been included by Heroes and YouTube in the Heroes Women Role Model international rankings – for the seventh year in a row. The rankings aim to recognise high-profile professional figures who have distinguished themselves globally for initiatives aimed at improving the position of women in the working world.
Claudia Parzani has been included in the Heroes 100 Executives Role Model category which celebrates the 100 women, in top international roles, who are driving change by using their influence and professional position to actively promote an inclusive culture.
Included in the international ranking since its first edition, Claudia Parzani has already received similar awards in the last 4 years (in the 100 Women Executives category), in 2018 (Top 10 Female Role Model for the Financial Times and HERoes) and in 2017 (Top 10 Champion of Women in Business for the Financial Times and HERoes).
Always very passionate about inclusion and social issues, Claudia Parzani promotes and supports numerous initiatives aimed at fostering gender equality and supporting diversity and talent in the world of work. Since 2022, she has been Chair of Borsa Italiana, the first woman to hold this position. She is the founder of Breakfast@Linklaters, a network of representatives of the female business community, ambassador for Italy of the international campaign “Inspiring Girls” to promote and support young female talent, as well as Special Friend of UNHCR in Italy, and is actively involved in the campaign to finance the studies of young refugees.
Claudia is co-author of two books, “Meravigliose” and “Si vince solo insieme” and she is often invited as a speaker at events and conferences to talk about diversity and inclusion and to inspire the next generation. She recently gave a Lectio Magistralis on the topic “In praise of failure: the new leadership between kindness and diversity” at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
