Crowell partner and Executive Committee chair Chahira Solh was recognized by OCCDL as a “2023 Top 10 DEI Champion of Orange County,” associate Tiffany Aguiar was recognized as a “2023 Top 10 Young Lawyer of Orange County,” and the firm’s Orange County office was recognized as a “2023 Top 10 Legal Organization for DEI of Orange County.”
In addition, Solh, along with Crowell partners Daniel A. Sasse and Deborah E. Arbabi were recognized by TimesOC B2B Publishing as “OC Visionaries,” recognizing their “indispensable services that enable [businesses] to thrive in the region.”
Solh serves as a trusted advisor on antitrust issues for a number of the country’s most recognizable companies, including in the auto, aviation, health care, and defense industries. Her practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust law, including litigation and government enforcement actions, joint venture analysis, merger control, and affirmative recovery opportunities. In addition to her role as chair of the firm’s Executive Committee, Solh also serves as member of the firm’s Management Board.
Sasse is a member of the firm’s Management Board, co-chair of the Finance Committee, and serves on the Crowell Racial Equity Task Force. His practice focuses on antitrust law, including antitrust litigation, government investigations, defending mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and antitrust compliance issues. He has extensive experience in regulated industries including health care, telecommunications, and energy.
Arbabi is the managing partner of the firm’s Orange County office and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Group. She is a seasoned litigator with a focus on antitrust and allegations of overcharges in a variety of contexts. Arbabi assists clients with achieving recovery through litigation, negotiation, and pursuit of claims, and has recovered over $1 billion for clients in recent years. She has unique experience in class action claims recovery, and devotes the majority of her practice to pursuing and maximizing claims in large antitrust and tort settlements.
Aguiar is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Advertising & Media groups. She represents clients in matters related to investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission and State Attorneys General. She is also a litigator with a practice that focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies across various industries in complex antitrust litigation.
