Six lawyers from across Appleby’s global Private Client & Trusts and Dispute Resolution practices have been recognised in the 2024 edition of the Private Client Global Elite Directory.
Partners Vanessa Schrum (Bermuda) and Carlos de Serpa Pimentel (Cayman Islands) have both been ranked as ‘Private Client Global Elite’ by the highly respected ALM and Law.com directory.
In addition, partner Hannah Tildesley (Bermuda), counsel Esmond Brown (Cayman Islands), Paula Fry (Guernsey) and Caljonah Smith (Bermuda) were all recognised within the ‘Private Client Global Excellence’ category.
Launched in 2017 with the awareness that referrals and recommendations were absolutely key to the private client sector, the Private Client Global Elite has served as a go-to resource for the world’s leading private client and trust and estates litigation talent, as well as rising stars within the industry.
Commenting on the inclusion of six Appleby lawyers within the directory, Vanessa and Carlos said: “We’re delighted once again to see such strong Appleby representation in this year’s Private Client Global Elite – recognition that comes as a result of direct feedback during the research process from clients and our peers within industry.”
Appleby’s Private Client & Trusts team advises on all aspects of trust & estates law, including the establishment, administration, restructuring and termination of private, charitable, and commercial trusts and foundations.
