DivinaLaw met recently with several representatives from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue Region No. 8A in support of BIR’s initiative to collaborate with different tax service providers to encourage voluntary tax compliance of its clients and foster the public’s trust in the tax system.
Present in the meeting were the BIR representatives, namely, Regional Director Florante Aninag, Assistant Regional Director Dante E. Tan, Chief – Legal Division Albert Arpon, Chief – Regional Investigation Division Zeus Gamaliel Mendoza, Revenue District Officer Clea Marie P. Pimentel (RDO No. 47), Revenue District Officer Celestino C. Viernes (RDO No. 48), Revenue District Officer Renan Plata (RDO No. 49), Revenue District Officer Abdullah D. Bandrang (RDO No. 50), Mr. Jett William Wong (Chief – Review Section of Assessment Division), and Ms. Marjonie Ando (Chief – Assessment Section of RDO No. 47).
