Shook Lin & Bok LLP is pleased to announce that Jaswin Khosa has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Practice, with effect from 22 April 2024.
Prior to joining us, she was a Director at a major law firm in Singapore. Jaswin’s main focus is on Intellectual Property (IP) law, catering to a wide range of clients, from individuals to multinational corporations, spanning industries such as telecommunications, entertainment, technology, fashion houses, food and beverage, aviation and more. Apart from brand strategy and trademark prosecution for these clients on an international basis, she assists these clients with the enforcement of their rights before the tribunals and courts, and drafting and review of their contracts, agreements and policies.
Jaswin’s addition to the Firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology and Data team reflects the growth of the practice and fortifies the Firm’s commitment towards meeting its clients’ growing business needs.
