Withers leads Vinterior on £3M deal with Channel 4 Ventures
International law firm Withers advised Vinterior, a top European sustainable vintage furniture marketplace, on a £3 million partnership with Channel 4 Ventures.
This investment backs Channel 4’s strategy to diversify revenue streams and bolster its portfolio of home and furniture business investments. It also allows Vinterior to use Channel 4’s home improvement shows to expand their audience reach beyond London.
