Skadden advised the underwriters led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC in Mitsubishi Corporation’s issuance of US$500 million of senior notes due 2029.
The notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The senior notes offering was completed on July 2, 2024.
