Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advises Renee Cosmetics in securing INR 88 crores in Series C2 funding from existing investors namely Evolvence, Edelweiss and Equanimity. Our firm assisted in conducting a top-up vendor diligence on Renee Cosmetics and its subsidiary, OG Beauty, drafting the transaction documents, and assistance with conditions precedent and closing.
