Claudia Parzani, Senior Advisor at Linklaters and Chair of Borsa Italiana (part of the Euronext Group), has been included for the eighth year in a row in the prestigious Heroes Role Model ranking, promoted by Involve with the support of YouTube. This recognition celebrates high-profile professionals who stand out globally for their initiatives aimed at improving the status of women in the workplace.
In the Heroes 100 Executives Role Model category, Claudia Parzani is listed among international women leaders who are driving change by actively using their influence to promote an inclusive culture in the workplace.
Commenting on this recognition, Claudia stated:
“I have always believed in the strategic importance of creating open and inclusive work environments where each individual, with their uniqueness, feels valued and respected. When we talk about gender diversity, generational diversity, background, education, and life experiences, we are talking about appreciation and respect, but also urgent business imperatives. The complexities that our companies and society face require new skills and different perspectives. Only by valuing everyone’s talent and making room for new ways of seeing and doing things will we be able to meet future challenges and seize all opportunities.”
Deeply passionate about inclusion and social issues, Claudia is a member of the advisory body of UNHCR Italy, serves on the Scientific Committee of Parks – Liberi e Uguali, and chairs the Strategic Council of the Fondazione Italia per il dono onlus – F.I.Do. She is also the founder of Breakfast@Linklaters, a vast network of female business community leaders, and acts as an ambassador for Italy in the international campaign “Inspiring Girls” to promote and support young female talent. She was President of Valore D, an association with which, along with other partners, she structured and launched the “In the Boardroom” project dedicated to preparing future board directors. She sits on many prestigious juries and has won numerous career and social commitment awards.
Claudia is an author of articles and publications and has contributed to several books. She co-authored “Meravigliose Tour guidato all’interno di noi stesse” with Francesca Isola (Il Sole 24 Ore, 2020), focusing on gender issues and women’s talents, and “Si vince solo insieme” with Sandro Catani (Garzanti, 2022), which describes the tools needed to face future challenges in the workplace. Most recently, she published “La rivoluzione degli outsider” (Rizzoli, 2024), addressing the themes of women and youth talent, the importance of including all diversities (gender and generational), and changes in leadership models.
