Hong Kong: Caroline Thomas Joins Hauzen LLP as Partner
Hauzen LLP has announced that Caroline Thomas has joined the firm as a partner.
Ms. Thomas is a seasoned arbitration and insurance lawyer with over 15 years of experience, qualified to practice in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and New York. Fluent in multiple languages, she serves as both arbitrator and counsel in international arbitrations. Additionally, she has advised on investor-state arbitration and authored publications in the field.
With years of experience in a legal and policy role at the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong, Ms. Thomas possesses a deep understanding of Hong Kong’s insurance regulatory framework. Her expertise extends to the insurance and financial services regulations of the world’s leading financial jurisdictions. Beyond advising on insurance regulations and regulatory matters, she skillfully manages the regulatory facets of M\&A transactions, licensing, and other applications.
