Linklaters advised the sole sponsor and the underwriters on the global offering and successful listing of the H shares of Mokingran Jewellery Group Co., Ltd. (Mokingran) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The offering raised approximately HK$527.48m.
Mokingran is a gold jewellery original brand manufacturer in China, with a comprehensive franchise network covering 2,850 stores operated by 1,670 franchisees, seven self-operated direct service centres, 17 provincial-dealers and 36 self-operated stores as of June 30, 2024.
