Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has advised national property development group Godwin Developments on the successful investment sale of Brampton Hut Services in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, to Roadside Retail Limited.
The 8,617 sq. ft. development, featuring drive-thru and drive-to units occupied by renowned household names such as Starbucks, Burger King, Wendy’s, Greggs, and Subway, is strategically located on the A14 trunk road, features 74 parking spaces and attracts daily passing traffic of over 91,000 vehicles.
