Leading international commercial law firm, Hill Dickinson, advised the shareholders of Aculab plc, a leading provider of on-premises and cloud-based communications and AI software solutions, on its sale to Enghouse Holdings (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Toronto-listed, Enghouse Systems Limited.
Aculab’s cutting-edge technology, including AI-driven voice and face biometrics and communication platform as a service (CPaaS) solution, will complement Enghouse’s existing product portfolio and enhance its ability to deliver value to its customers.
The acquisition of Aculab by Enghouse will strengthen Enghouse’s position as a global leader in providing innovative communication and collaboration solutions.
Aculab plc was advised by members of Hill Dickinson’s Corporate team: Legal Director Tamanna Keir, Partner Sandip Khroud and Associate Suellen de Lima Silva.
