Morgan Securities LLC, and Santander US Capital Markets LLC in connection with the inaugural Rule 144A/Regulation S cross-border offering by Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U. (Vista Argentina) of $600 million 7.625% senior notes due 2035. The offering launched on November 26, 2024, priced on December 4, 2024, and closed on December 10, 2024. The notes are expected to be listed on the Bolsa y Mercados Argentina S.A. (BYMA), and admitted for trading on the BYMA and on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
