Linklaters has advised the syndicate of arrangers and initial purchasers in connection with OVHcloud’s landmark €1.15 billion financing package to support its public share buyback and the refinancing of existing debt. The financing package includes a debut high yield bond offering, which was upsized in market following significant investor demand, as well as new term loans and a multipurpose revolving facility.
