International law firm Withers has welcomed Pardeep Singh Khosa as Head of Litigation in Singapore.
Pardeep and his team join Withers KhattarWong LLP, the Singapore member of international law firm Withers.
Pardeep brings a wealth of expertise in commercial and civil litigation, international arbitration, and corporate crime and investigations.
Pardeep has a proven track record in high-stakes, multijurisdictional disputes. He has represented governments, statutory boards, listed companies, and high net-worth individuals in high-value, and complex disputes relating to construction, engineering, infrastructure, shipping, oil and gas, and civil fraud.
His experience also spans corporate and shareholder disputes, and disputes relating to banking and financial services, financial technologies, trusts, professional negligence, public and administrative law, and defamation.
Pardeep regularly appears before the Singapore courts and in international arbitrations under various institutional arbitration regimes.
