Established in 1983, SCIA holds a unique position as the first arbitration institution established after Chinaโs reform and opening-up. It is also the pioneering arbitration body in the ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฑ๐ผ๐ป๐ด-๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ด-๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ผ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ, playing a vital role in shaping the regionโs legal landscape.
