SyCipLaw Partner Ronald Mark C. Lleno and Special Counsel Rosevee R. Paylip-Guiang were elected as officers of their respective Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) chapters for the term 2025-2027. The elections were held on February 22, 2025.
Mark Lleno was elected as the Treasurer of the IBP Makati chapter. He had previously acted as the chapter’s Public Relations Officer and served as a director. Mark leads the SyCipLaw team participating in IBP Makati’s Legal Aid Clinic, a project which provides pro bono legal services to Makati residents. A seasoned trial lawyer and employment law specialist, Mark was recently recognized as a Key Lawyer for Labor and Employment in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2025 guide.
Rosevee Paylip-Guiang, who is based in SyCipLaw’s Subic office, was elected as the Secretary of the IBP Zambales chapter, where she had previously served as a director. Rosevee advises clients in a range of industries including manufacturing, shipping, and maritime services. She has deep experience in commercial litigation, labor law, and compliance and regulatory matters. Rosevee was recently named a Key Lawyer for Transport in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2025 guide.
