Skadden advised Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, one of the largest private life insurance companies in Japan, on its issuance of US$2.1 billion of 6.100% step-up callable subordinated notes due 2055 (the “Notes”).
The Notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The Notes offering was completed on March 11, 2025.
