LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners in the US$1.5 billion offering of 6.500% step-up callable subordinated notes due 2055, by Nippon Life Insurance Company (“Nippon Life”). The notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Nippon Life is the largest private life insurance company in Japan, and one of the largest in the world, in terms of both total and net assets and revenues from insurance and reinsurance.
