Angela Wang & Co. is delighted to officially welcome Jacky Chan Cheuk Yin as an associate following his recent qualification as a solicitor in Hong Kong in December 2024. Having trained with the firm, Jacky has already made significant contributions, bringing a fresh perspective and a proactive approach to his work, particularly in the dynamic Greater Bay Area.

Jacky’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, followed by a JD and PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong. His breadth of experience spans internships with SMEs, multinational corporations, and a leading Chinese law firm, as well as a role in financial regulatory compliance at a top American fund house. Now specializing in Corporate & Commercial and China Business matters, Jacky continues to support clients navigating the unique challenges of the GBA. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he effectively navigates cross-cultural and regional markets, enhancing his capabilities as a legal professional.
