Sidley advised on the initial public offering (IPO) and H share listing of Wuhan Dazhong Dental Medical Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2651, Dazhong Dental) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). Sidley acted as Hong Kong counsel for the sole sponsor Haitong International Capital Limited, and the underwriters.
Dazhong Dental is a private dental services provider in Central China with a focus on Hubei and Hunan provinces, operating an expanding dental service network under a direct chain model.
