SyCipLaw recently held its Kapihan sa SyCipLaw seminar titled “Strengthening Corporate, HR, and Tax Compliance,” further cementing its commitment to delivering practical legal insights that bolster business resilience and compliance. The event drew participation from 35 companies, including HR and legal professionals, CFOs, compliance officers, and business leaders eager to enhance their strategic approaches.
As part of SyCipLaw’s 80th anniversary celebrations, this seminar showcased its ongoing dedication to supporting clients with expert guidance across corporate governance, human resources, and taxation.
Senior Partner and Cebu Branch Head Alan C. Fontanosa inaugurated the session, emphasizing how “the Kapihan series exemplifies the Cebu office’s commitment to providing accessible, high-quality legal insights tailored to the Visayas region.”
