Haldanes has been named a finalist in two categories at the ALB Pan Asian Regulatory Awards 2025: “Regulatory Law Firm of the Year (Pan-Asia, Ex-Singapore)” and “Regulatory Lawyer of the Year” for Partner Felix Ng.
Although the firm rarely announces shortlisting results, the relevance of these awards on an Asian regional level to its core practice areas makes this an exception. The recognition reflects Haldanes’ substantial experience in financial regulatory matters involving the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX), Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Competition Commission, and other regulatory enforcement bodies.
Felix Ng heads the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Law practice and is widely recognised for his work on complex investigations, enforcement proceedings, and cross‑border matters involving allegations of cartel conduct, market dominance, securities fraud, market misconduct, corruption and other regulatory breaches.
The firm’s regulatory practice also spans proceedings under the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and various industry‑specific regimes, advising listed companies, financial institutions, multinational corporations and individuals.
The winners will be announced at the upcoming ceremony in Singapore on September 18th. Haldanes congratulates all firms and practitioners shortlisted this year.
