SSEK Law Firm hosted a client briefing on Regulation No. 5 of 2025 issued by the Ministry of Investment / Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), the key implementing regulation of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2025 that updates Indonesia’s risk-based business licensing framework through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.
