SSEK Law Firm founding partner Ira A. Eddymurthy was a featured speaker at a seminar to celebrate the 48th anniversary of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia or “BANI”). The theme of the seminar was “Arbitration as the Best Option for Resolving Business Disputes.”
Ira, who is on the panel of arbitrators at BANI, delivered insights in a session on “Construction Dispute Settlement in BANI,” joining other experts to discuss current developments, practical challenges and efforts to strengthen dispute-resolution mechanisms in Indonesia. The session was moderated by Dr. Deni Amsari Purba, S.H., LL.M., MCIArb., Dipl.Arb.
