The Oxford Climate Policy Monitor 2025 Annual Review has been released, providing a global snapshot of climate-related regulatory developments across major economies.
The report tracks how governments are designing and implementing climate policies in areas such as carbon markets, climate disclosure, methane regulation, green finance, and transition planning, offering a comparative view of how national frameworks are evolving to support the transition to a low-carbon economy.
The Annual Review is developed by researchers at the Oxford Climate Policy Monitor together with a global network of leading law firms that contribute jurisdiction-specific insights.
SSEK Law Firm, led by partner Aldilla Stephanie Suwana and foreign legal advisor Michael S. Carl, contributed to the 2025 Annual Review by providing research and analysis on climate policy developments in Indonesia.
