Shook Lin & Bok Partners with Enterprise Singapore in the Sustainability Legal Catalyst Programme
Singapore enterprises are increasingly cognisant of their exposure to sustainability risks and the sustainability opportunities open to them but may face complex legal and regulatory challenges and lack the specialised knowledge for addressing these risks and seizing the opportunities. We are pleased to be appointed by Enterprise Singapore (“EnterpriseSG”) to be a partner in the Sustainability Legal Catalyst Programme (“SLCP”) to offer our expert guidance for these enterprises to realise their sustainability ambitions.
Under the SLCP, to make it more accessible for eligible businesses to receive sustainability-related legal services, from 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2027, EnterpriseSG will defray up to 50% of the legal fees for eligible businesses, with a cap of $90,000 per company.
