SSEK Law Firm is pleased to support an upcoming Labor Day forum in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower and the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (AmCham Indonesia), bringing together key stakeholders to discuss Indonesia’s evolving labor landscape.
The forum, “Strengthening Indonesia’s Workforce,” will feature policy briefings and a moderated discussion with the Ministry of Manpower’s Directorate General of Manpower Placement Development and Employment Opportunity Expansion (Ditjen Binapenta & PKK). The discussion will focus on key priority areas, including domestic workforce placement, the utilization of foreign workers, and industrial relations dispute resolution.
SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka will serve as one of the moderators, contributing to a constructive dialogue between policymakers and the business community. The forum is designed as a policy socialization and engagement platform, allowing participants to gain clarity on current regulatory priorities while sharing practical insights from an employer perspective.
Due to strong interest, the event is now fully booked and registration has closed.
SSEK is proud to be part of this important initiative and to continue supporting informed dialogue on labor and employment developments in Indonesia.
