International law firm Bird & Bird advised Energy Aspects, a leading independent energy research and analytics company, on its acquisition of Kayrros, a Paris-based pioneer in satellite-powered energy and climate data analytics.
The acquisition brings together Energy Aspects’ energy market research expertise with Kayrros’s proprietary geospatial intelligence platform, which uses satellite imagery and artificial intelligence to provide real-time monitoring of global energy assets, infrastructure and emissions.
