Michael Samuels is recognized for his work at the intersection of government contracts and mergers and acquisitions, advising clients on complex transactions involving defense contractors, private equity investors, and other companies operating in regulated sectors. He counsels clients across the deal lifecycle, helping them identify and navigate government contracts issues, national security considerations, and regulatory risks. He also co-chairs the ABA Public Contract Law Section’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice.
