SSEK Law Firm, in collaboration with the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC), recently hosted a discussion on Navigating Cross-Border Stakes: Domestic Arbitration for Foreign Investors.
SSEK Partner Nico A. P. Mooduto and Associate Ahmad Ramadinan Saptara shared practical insights into Indonesia’s arbitration framework, including key principles, arbitration agreements, applicable regulations, the advantages of arbitration in Indonesia, and arbitration costs.
The discussion also featured a keynote presentation by Iris Pan, APIAC’s Director of Southeast Asia Development, on Chinese Enterprises in Indonesia: Pain Points, Efficiency and Opportunities in Cross-Border Dispute Resolution.
