Real Estate co-head Peter Mair was featured in Financier Worldwide’s Power Players: Real Estate 2026 Distinguished Advisers report. In an interview, Mr. Mair discussed key developments in the real estate space, recent career highlights and his commitment to mentorship.
In reflecting on developments in the sector, he touched on the impact of data centers, noting that they “have officially shifted from a niche real estate subsector into a core macro asset class, igniting an infrastructure investment supercycle.” Mr. Mair also shared the significance of a recent deal, which he described as particularly impactful for the surrounding location, downtown Houston. “Bringing it all together, working closely with our client and colleagues across the firm, was genuinely rewarding, both as a professional accomplishment and for the positive impact it will have on the Houston community.”
