Review Of The Guidelines On Joint Lenders' Forum And Corrective Action Plan
The circular dated March 21, 2014extended the application of framework for revitalising distressed assets (Framework) to NBFCs. The circular dated July 23, 2015 clarifies that the amendments made to the framework by the circulars dated October 21, 2014, December 22, 2014 and June 8, 2015 will also apply to NBFCs.
