Hill Dickinson LLP have announced that litigation partner Bryan O’Hare has joined the firm’s Hong Kong commercial disputes practice with effect from 1 September 2015.
Bryan, who will work closely with Hill Dickinson's Hong Kong disputes partner Damien Laracy, joins from Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong where he was a senior Counsel in the highly regarded top tier business restructuring and insolvency practice. He specialises in complex commercial and financial disputes and multi jurisdiction insolvency litigation including asset tracing, protection and recovery.
Following qualification in Scotland, Bryan joined Reed Smith Richards Butler in Hong Kong. He is a leading commercial litigation lawyer and has acted on many of Hong Kong's most high profile commercial disputes and insolvencies over the last decade. He acts for financial institutions, insolvency appointment holders, hedge funds and private equity firms.
