Harneys has won a 2015 Asia Transformation and Turnaround Association (ATTA) Award in the Legal Services category for its work on the Titan Resources matter. Harneys acted for Titan Resources Management Limited, a group company of Titan Petrochemicals Group Limited, in relation to the implementation of a scheme of arrangement in the British Virgin Islands. The Harneys team was led by Partner Ian Mann and included Counsel Chai Ridgers and Senior Associate Jennifer Maughan.
The annual ATTA Awards Ceremony, presented in Hong Kong, recognises significant transformations and turnarounds within the region over the previous year. Due to the seniority of the panel of judges and the high level of competition from other projects, ATTA Awards have become coveted industry accolades.
