Wong & Partners, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, advised and assisted The Intermark Sdn. Bhd. with the disposal of a six storey retail commercial mall with approximately 367 car parks known as the “Intermark Mall” having a total area of approximately 39,600 square metres, to a Malaysian listed REIT for the sum of MYR160 million. The appointment included assisting the vendor on due diligence by the purchaser on the property as well as assisting with the drafting, negotiation and finalization of the sale and purchase agreement and other ancillary documents.
