Kirkland & Ellis represented Bain Capital and its portfolio company, Fidji Luxco (BC) SCA, in the sale of FCI Asia Pte Ltd to Amphenol Corporation. The sale closed on Friday, 8 January 2016, following receipt of anti-trust clearance from China’s Ministry of Commerce. The transaction is valued at approximately US$1.275 billion.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners David Patrick Eich, Pierre Arsenault and Justin Hutchinson and corporate associates Derek Poon and Adam Runcorn.
