Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow, the member firm of Baker & McKenzie International in Singapore, has strengthened its debt capital markets capabilities with the appointment of Pallavi Gopinath Aney as Principal. Pallavi previously worked at a magic circle firm in Singapore where she was part of the equity and debt capital markets group.
Pallavi has advised extensively on capital markets transactions involving India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and The Philippines. She has a strong track record in handling debt transactions such as investment grade, credit enhanced, high yield and other structured debt offerings. Pallavi's practice also covers equity-linked transactions such as convertible and exchangeable bond offerings, and liability management and bond restructuring transactions, including consent solicitations, exchange offers, induced conversions and tender offers.
