Skadden is representing Citigroup in connection with the sale of its 20% stake in China Guangfa Bank to China Life Insurance Company. Citi first invested in the bank in 2006.
Partners Rajeev Duggal and Jonathan Stone led the Skadden team, which also included Stuart Finkelstein, Brian Krause, Erica Schohn, Peter Huang, and Chris Betts, counsel Jonathan Wisebrod, and associates Mike Kung, Olivia Odell, Valarie Ney and Diana Backhouse.
