Wong & Partners advised Pfizer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Pfizer”) on the integration of Hospira and Pfizer business and operations in Malaysia as part of Pfizer's global acquisition of Hospira Inc (“Malaysia Integration”). The firm assisted Pfizer with its acquisition of Hospira Malaysia Sdn Bhd shares for a consideration of MYR15.9 million. The work included advising on issues that may impede the timing of the implementation of the Malaysia Integration, and drafting the necessary agreements and documents to facilitate the share transfer.
The deal was lead by Kherk Ying Chew and Ee Von Teo and Clifford Chance acted as international counsel.
