Kenji Taneda has joined Skadden as a partner in the Corporate Group. Based in Tokyo, Mr. Taneda regularly represents both issuers and underwriters in capital markets matters, including equity and debt offerings by Japanese corporations, financial institutions and sovereign entities. Mr. Taneda also has significant experience advising on both public and private M&A transactions.
Admitted to practice in Japan as a gaikokuho-jimu-bengoshi, Mr. Taneda is a New York-qualified lawyer and is fluent in English and Japanese.
