Skadden is representing CEMEX Holdings Philippines, Inc., one of the largest cement companies in the country, on its approximately P25.1 billion (US$535 million) initial public offering of common shares on the Philippine Stock Exchange. The common shares are being sold both in the Philippines and internationally under Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act. Shares began trading on July 18, 2016.
