Kirkland & Ellis represented Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited (HKSE: 00548) on its issuance of US$300,000,000 of 2.875 per cent. Bonds due 2021. BOC International acted as the sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner. The transaction was closed on July 18, 2016.
The Kirkland team was led by Hong Kong corporate partners Dominic Tsun, Benjamin Su and Henry Cheng.
