The "FRISIAN PIONEER", a 2003 built container vessel flying the Cypriot flag, has declared General Average after suffering a machinery breakdown.
The vessel required professional assistance and was towed to Hong Kong, where the cargo was to be transhipped.
We are already dealing with the defence of the GA claim for a number of cargo interests.
If your own guarantees are not acceptable to the GA Adjusters we can also assist you in arranging security, with a bail fee from 0.5% of the guarantee amount.
